Nicks work will be shown at Red Barn Gallery in Melkinthorpe, near Penrith in Cumbria from May 3 through June 9. A preview evening will take place from 6 - 8 on Saturday the 2nd. Nick's paintings will be featured along with works by Damien Callan, Elsie Chisholm, Amanda Gizzi and Sue Dobson, Martin Mohwald ceramics, Amanda Simmons Glass, and Burkmar jewellery.

Red Barn features new and established artists and makers who are currently working in the contemporary art world. Concentrating on good, contemporary, mainly British art, Red Barn gives talented younger artists a venue to exhibit.

Located just four miles south of Penrith off the A66 and held within the horticultural embrace of Larch Cottage Nurseries, Red Barn, was built in 1795. Today it retains its external character but has been fully converted inside to provide two exciting gallery spaces.

On site you will also find the renowned terraced Restaurant 'The Greenhouse', offering a taste of the Mediterranean using the produce of Cumbria with organic vegetables from their own kitchen garden.
